stay in position. the assemble is secure it’s just the mirror hangs down.

The glass itself may not have a way to tighten it to the houising. If the
whole mirror assembly is loose, you can follow this video and tighten the
bolts to the door.

I cant get the button off of the side rear mirror. Help!!! Has a metal

@tarango7777777 There may be a c clip that’s holding it in place. You
should be able to slide it off, so that you can remove the switch.
