I had the same issue : fan blower never stopped and maximum blow. But make sure you have the same blower with electonic control module integrated to the blower. If the control module is outside your blower, the fan blower replacement will not solve your problem.
my heater fan blower do not turn off and allways are on maximum blow and if i change fan blower motor all problems are gone?
