i need help , i have 206 rc , on neutral i can hit the rpm to 7000 , but
while i accelerate the rpm do not exceed 4000-4500 rpm . there is check
engine on the dashboard and antipollution fault. ist the ignition coil or
should i remove the catalyic converter.
hi I have this same problem but in my peugeot 307 i can only done 4200 rpm
and then i hear sound my engine turn off when im driveing thats was very
dangerus anyway when Im change “THROTTLE”(buy a new one) everything back to
normal. Solution was: change or clean throttle. throttle is the mechanism
by which the flow of a fluid . An engine’s power can be increased or
decreased by the restriction of inlet gases (i.e., by the use of a
throttle), but usually decreased.
Computer report: Antypoluttion Fault and after Catalic Conventer Fault , on
the movie Im turn on AC or turn off. When Im turn off engine everything
back to normal to the next time (after few minutes) when Im change Coil
everything back to normal so this is typical problem of peugeot 307….

Hi! I also act as the engine after the same error messages. came right
after you replaced the part? exactly what replaced it?

so throttle is mechanism by which the power or speed of an engine is
regulated. Hope so this helps you

thanks for this report! i got same problem on my 307sw and suspected direct
ignition. now i got a little more evidence with it! cheers;)
