@gurj18 replaceing the beam is not a bad job to do, only 6 bolts hold the
axle onto the car from inside. just make sure the brakes are the same
wether its discs or drums as the backing plate connot be changed. if the
brakes are diffrent front the origonal you may have to replace the
handbrake cables, the 2nd hand axle i got for my estate was good but the
shoes and cylenders were goosed and i also had to swap the load valve. also
mybay worth replacing the rubber mountings and shockors. good luck
