Is this similar to a 2004 Berlingo 1.9 diesel clutch?

motorcars1000 says:

nice video, had my 2001 406 2.0 hdi exec changed at 270,000 miles, now 335,000 miles and original engine gearbox……dual mass changed at that time

Hey Piggy, love your videos, they're always extremely useful!
Just a quick one; my faithful old 2002 206 2.0 hdi has nearly 200k miles. It's running sweet considering, but when I do plan on changing the clutch, would there be any other clutch related parts that you'd recommend replacing at the same time, what with the car being on that kind of mileage?

Intresting video, just a question , I have a 207 hdi 1.4 , when I release the clutch pedal the from stop to start ,engine like knocks espically when the street is very skid. When I car is moving nothing happens. Only on 1st gear and reverse. If I give it at about 1500 rev it will not do it . You thing its the pressure plate? Or something else?

Andy Man says:

Just one question buddy. On the box there is the earth strap, reversing light switch and one other. What is that for?

Andy Man says:

Utterly brilliant video. Well done. Top marks. Massive thumbs up

Hey i have a couple of questions, i own a peugeot 407 2.0 16v is this guide directly applicaple to it?
Im altso wondering if i fit a performance clutch and do some power upgrades to the car, will i have to upgrade the flywheel? or will an original flywheel hold to the additiional torque? Keep in mind i wont make it overly powerfull but im guessing from the 140 to maybe closer to 200whp

Hi there, You are doing a great job, Buddy
I have a 2004 Peugeot 307 petrol . Recently showing some problem with the gear box. The panel console is showing a message " faulty Automatic gear box".
The car run smooth on highways and however on traffic conditions the gear box stall now n then. And when this happens I have to rev up the engine in order to have it connected to the engine. This creates a massive jerk. Hope you could give me some suggestions whether it is regarding the clutch plates or anything

It's a challenge to keep up with you due to poor audibility

piston head 1243 says:

When I remove peugeot gearboxes I take out the pin using a long 16 socket and an air gun. Makes the job that much easier. Doing my apprenticeship on peugeot shit lol. There is worse cars to be working at thow there fairly simple

KillerBOZombie says:

Katie Daniels says:
