Quite true, the angle grinder saves a lot of time round the drop links.

NB if the threaded end of the links are as badly corroded as mine were you will require a an angle grinder to chop the bolt off. still, quite an easy job, just be careful!!

if origional droplinks have to way of holding to slacken nuts, I wonder how they were put on in the first place?
