Hi guys! We found the problem on an broken bsm! This is a common problem on Citroen C5, Peugeot 307 etc. Internal damage into the bsm. This specific unit is no longer in production either. So let’s take a look and repair it!

Your pin numbering is wrong (4:22), the two small pins in the middle are the coil (85, 86), top-right, bottom-right and bottom-left are common (30). 87 is correct.
Do you know how to clear fault codes on a Peugeot 407 ECU with out a obd2 scanner. When I remove the battery for 24 hours it starts without a check flight however when the check light appear I have to wait a next 24 hrs

One question. Four minutes into your film, all of a suden the old relay is gone and you can se the the underlaying circuit board. How did you do to remove the remainder of the old relay?

Hi, thanks for the good explanation. I‘ve a problem with no power supply for the fuel pump on a Peugeot 807. I suppose that it could be the same problem with the relais. Is it possible to check the functionality of the relais prior to dismantle it, by supplying the connector pins with power? If yes, do you know which pins have to be stimulated?
would this be the same spot for the relay for a 2005 407 v6 3.0l …..and which wire did you solder where ?
Freddy I have the same problem but it's a Peugeot 2008, my fuse is fuse 5 under the bonnet. It's getting shorted out, I was looking to bypass that, is it possible.?
