I thought about replacing all the sensors in this 4T65E, but it works well
and I’ve never had a problem with it. So, it just got the broken parts
fixed. I.E. the 4th gear spline. Watched several of your videos to get a
reference point on some of this fix. VT247
Its a shame you failed to replace the PCS at the same time.
YES! It’s fixed. Figured out what happened. Didn’t have a thrust washer on
right and the hub wasn’t in line. Works perfect now and 4th gear is back.
No more rental car. It was a Nissan Versa. The only thing I liked about the
rental was it got good gas mileage. Other than that it was a bare bones
stripped out model. Payed less for every other rental I’ve had and they’ve
been more optioned out. Really liked the Chevy Cruze I had while I scoped
out California houses. VT247
