In this video I’ll show you how to replace the blower motor resistor in my 1990 Olds 98. This will be the same on the Delta 88, Park Avenue, Bonneville, LeSabre, and possibly more models. Your resistor will look different depending if your car has auto climate control or manual select. It is in the same location regardless. If you have 12 volts going to the resistor (smaller plug 1 red wire), and very little to no power coming out, your resistor is bad. A resistor will fail by not powering the fan at all, or only working on certain settings (low or high onky). Hope this video helps, thanks for viewing.
