Thanks for the help. Forget the critics. You didn’t leave out anything. You
hit the major points everything else is common sense. Thanks.

garnettg35 says:

Did you tight the 22mm bolt just by hand with that wrench or u used a
torque ratchet? I hear supposed to be a 36 pounds. Im about to replace mine
too on my 350z

MrPiRaTeBaKeD says:

Thank you for this video! My 2006 Infiniti FX35 was leaking, I replaced
this O-Ring and now no leaks!!!

Jose Hernandez says:

Hey how much should a mechanic charge to replace oil cooler seal for m35
2006..

Cardsharp227 says:

This video helped, but could have been more complete. I think when I change
mine this weekend, I’ll make a similar video with some improvements. A
message for the maker of this video: you should learn to take constructive
criticism better. Nobody is saying the video is sucky or no good – just
that there were some details left out. Nobody is trolling here, just
offering their honest opinion.

VtrRacing says:

When you pay me ill give you more info meathead. Now run along if this
isn’t for you and doesn’t help you.

tazz23rd says:

lawl, you want to replace a leaky seal, and you dont actually know where it
goes? That’s what mechanics are for, and thats why you pay them the big
bucks. To have a head on their shoulders …

Beany Baby says:

Nice work, very informative and well put together. 🙂

Redrudster Montes says:

Way Cool, I think that’s where my leak is coming from. Tanks Man

asyoulikeitvideos says:

Clint M says:

It looks like you need to replace your belt too!!

Castlestoney says:

You skipped the application of the seal. If I had not seen another video
showing were the seal actually went I would’nt know were you put
it….Maybe next time? Thanks anyway.

andre mattos says:

good job man.. i have a question! did you use a torque to tigh that and how
many foot pounds? thanks a lot!!

loaferguy73 says:

Nice, you have to drain all of the oil prior to doing this?

ojtkmoj says:

Did the leak look like it was the oil pan??

VtrRacing says:

Sorry……If you learned something and it helped, thats why I put it up.
This is FREE technical info. Where it says “need basic skills”…Thats what
it means..Where the seals goes is in there. Ill leave this up so you can
delete the comment yourself.

Hello I recently drove my Infinty g35 HARD and when I got home all the OIL
came out completly on my driveway could that be from the O ring the only
place I see most the oil from is from around oil filter and oil pan it must
of been splattering everywhere because everything from oil pan to the
catalytic converter has oil on it and it looks like when I wipe the filter
oil seeps around it again on the bottom???

italy1999 says:

Nice Vid but you should know the seal is not going to show a leak while the
car is warming up. The engine has to be under pressure for it to show if
the seal was actually the problem. I know this because the same thing
happened to my 02 Max. But good video though.
