Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for this upload it was very helpful. I just changed the wheel bearings on my 07 Murano and your video helped lots. I was having wheel steer bump steer play and a slight clicking sound at slow speed, I thought it was the cv joint making noise but it was the brake noise you talked about talked about clicking was the bearing going bad. Oh I only have 105K miles on my Murano. Thanks again.

Jeremy knight says:

A bearing puller is the WORST tool to use to pull the bearing, it puts WAY to mutch pressure on the cv-axle/ transmission case!!!

Agustin Correa says:

Have to do this on a 2007 Maxima SE it may be the same as the Murano.

smack9x says:

It didn't appear you used the pulley to remove the hub assembly. I assume doing that just pushed the axle out of control arm?

Keith Beba says:

Replaced the passenger side fine thanks to the video. In replacing the driver side I can get the hub wheel bearing hub pushed all the way into the space to bolt it back in. Could I have pulled the axle out?

Darron C says:

what are the bolts size for the 4 hub nuts?

Globalst Trekker says:

Nice job Greg

h22sparkle says:

hey which size bearing puller a 8 or A3,4,6?

John Arnold says:

hit with the rejection notice?

Fantastic video! …….. My wife's 2012 Murano has that rhythmic rotating sound. Drives me crazy! I've always thought it was the bearings but became a little puzzled when the sound nearly disappeared after I put new tires on it but it soon returned. It's not the tires!! The tires are wearing beautifully and I faithfully rotate them every 6000 miles. I guess my next move is to have the hub assembly's replaced. Damn it.

Ryan Sutton says:

Exactly the video I was looking for! Thank you for this! The background music was much welcomed too !

Tony Alcantar says:

would this be the same for a 07 nissan sentra se-r spec v?

D.j. B says:

I'd pull the axle nut & flip it, then pound on it, if need be?????

D.j. B says:

You didn't you just use a wire hanger to support the calliper from the coil spring? if that trash can gets bumped, tor calliper will fall & be hard on the rubber brake line.

Alex Blok says:

OK, great video, now I know why the two quotes I received here in the UK to replace a rear bearing on my 2002 X-Trail T30 were for £300 (about $500!) Labour! It does look a bit complicated for a home job unless you have all the tools. Part, £50, two hours at £60 = £120. Hmm, so they are making a £100 profit approx.

refugiorod says:

dumb. don't mess up the threads

Eero Laukkanen says:

Just looked…, Altima has about 200 ft/lbs????

Eero Laukkanen says:

Good job, but…, just wondering, if the wheel bearing torque in ONLY 98 ft/lbs??? My Infiniti FX45 = Nissan,….has 205 ft/lbs!!! Well, possible, did NOT google it yet ;o)

Eric Swiatek says:

I just did this today. I'm getting a terrible grinding sound when driving (did not go over 5 mph) I had a he'll of a time getting the old hub off. Did I damage the CVT boot? Did I over tighten the axel nut? Could the new bearing hub have arrived faulty? I'm at a loss
