Hey Velyster, I’m a woman too and LOVE these Youtube vids because it’s
making me more independant with taking care of my car. One thing to note,
on my Nissan Frontier when I changed a bad fog lamp, there was so much
crude wedged in that it took a lot of muscle (and a little hammering) to
work the fog lamp loose. I was afraid of breaking the clips, but it finally
came out.

Dude, thanks for the video tip. Nissan’s are always a bit tricky to work on
and this helped greatly. One thing I would add is after almost 10 years,
the screws are pretty hard to remove. I ended up using a 10mm socket
wrench, since that single mounting screw also has a metric head. That and
some WD40 spun it right out! 🙂

Man, you saved me a huge amout of time and headache. Thanks man. BTW, I
found the best way to remove the wiring harness clip was to get some needle
nose pliers and go from underneath the car at an angle. (unless you have
some really long needle nose pliers you can go from the front too.

This video saved my sanity. I’m just a girl but now I can change my own fog
lights. Thank you!
