I was able to change the plugs on my 07 frontier without removing the
intake. It’s a little tricky, but you can remove the hold down bolt from
the RF plug with a 10 MM stubby wrench with a closed end. Just reach under
the intake with your left hand and use your right hand to guide the wrench
onto the bolt. Once it’s loose, you can finish unscrewing it with your
hand. Pull the coil forward and out of the way. Drop a 5/8 spark plug
socket with a 3″ extension and swivel joint down in the spark plug hole.
Then attach a long extension to the swivel joint. Unscrew the plug and pull
it out! It requires a bit of patience, but it’s easier than removing the
intake.

Well i had a car that had a weak mount and it did exactly what your
describing it only did it sometimes too. And if it was coils on that car
you would get a check engine light and trouble codes

help here… im driving a nissan altima 2006 3.5 se. i recently started
facing a weird vibration, but it does not happen every time. i took it to
the mechanic and he said its because of the spark plug coils and i gotta
need to change them. is that so? also, when it vibrates i hear some
knocking sound inside the steering wheel…what could it be? plz help…

NiYaZ MTR says:

nope…its not the motor mount. bad mount produces a hell lot of
vibrations. but in this case, its not happening everytime. honda accord
every model faces the bad mount problem. my friend bought a brand new
accord and it annoyingly vibrates. one thing i seriously didnt get is, what
do you mean by a serious miss and misfire code?sorry pal, im newbie to this
stuff…

Yeah a pain but as for the gasket they did make it so you can reuse it no
worries there

Hello friend that I write to thank you for uploading videos and aprobechar
important to ask a question: I have a 2003 nissan frontier v6 does not
serve the detonation sensor I want to change but I can not locate where I
could say is that I have heard that this sensor under the intake manifold
but I removed the distributor can not see anything so I ask guidance. now
let me thank you for the infformacion you can ofreserme. greetings.

Sounds like a broken or bad motor mount to me, i had a honda accord that
did the same thing but not all the time, i found a bad mount and made a
semi solid mount for it and it never made the vibration again, his did it
when it went into a higher gear like 3 to 4 area , and as for a coil being
bad you would have a serious miss and a check engine light with a misfire
code

Good video. What an F-ing pain in the ass to change the middle and front
plugs on the passenger side. So there was no gasket to worry about on the
intake manifold?

1159 Videos says:

Most knock sensors are on the block and some ive seen on the oil pan and
usually identified by it being with a bolt right through the center of the
sensor and a 2 wire plug and looks like the frontier has put the in the
center of the block on top , there is also a relocation mod as well
