When my generation of Quest came out, there was many issues with rattles in
the door. Nissan even has several TSB to address the rattles. I did have my
dealer perform the work many years back but I do not know the details. I
also can’t say for certain if your noise is from the door as it requires
some diagnostic.

BeyondOpenSource says:

Great video. I have a Quest and I have a high pitch, metal, rattling noise
that seems like it comes from the rear door of the passenger side. Is this
due to the same problem or could it be something else? My mechanics can’t
find anything on that side.

chozn4hizglory says:

Awesome! Thanks! My Xterrra has the same buzzing noise.

Nader shahen says:

can you post the part number please

mxmillia says:

Totally outrageous… That’s a lot of doe for two small pieces of metal.
Great job on the repair, if you have the ability to fabricate the part then
it always make sense to go that route.

smellyakita says:

18bucks a piece!!!! Woooow try bennet auto supply

Also to let you know that making my own brackets was a lot of work. So if
you want to save yourself some time, I’d recommend buying the brackets from
your Nissan dealer. Maybe you can get it for cheap.

dial2fast says:

Rear bracket: Part# 20817-7Y010 (qty 1) Front bracket: Part# 20817-CA110
(qty 1) Bolts: 14069-CA010 (qty 4)

Rulas Campas says:

thanks great job I goin to do the same job for my nissan quest thanks
somuch I AM VERY GRATE FUL

dial2fast says:

I hope this will help fix your issue. I just came back from a 700 mile road
trip in my Quest and everything is nice and quiet. Noise never returned.

dial2fast says:

I did check other online Nissan parts store and they do sell the bracket
for $5-$6 BUT once you add shipping of $12, it’s back to the $18 price
again.
