Thanks Buddy its a piece of cake when you know how. I did not have to pop
the clip that holds the insulation I just pulled it back and down had
enough slack to put it in. About a 1 beer job thanks again..
Your instructions were perfect.I was able to replace my bulb without any
problem. This works great for the passenger side but what about the driver
side? Would I have to remove the entire assembly since the battery is in
the way and I’m not going to attempt to remove it.
Thank you SO MUCH for this video! I got the bulb installed on my wife’s 01
Altima in about 5 minutes after going through your easy to follow steps a
few times! A+++++!!!!
Thanks for the great vid! You said it, “The Easy Way”…….rather than
Nissan’s crazy method of taking out 7 screws, loosening the bumper and
pulling the headlamp out. I changed the driver’s side (took out battery)
last year. Thanks for the tip re snapping open the tab that holds the
rubber section. Great job! What info can’t be found on YouTube?!!
Thanks for posting, this way is definitely a lot easier. It took me some
time to get the black ring (I have a 2000 model and the ring is white) to
click back in place, you made it look easy! Nevertheless I’m glad it’s done.
On my car I just had to push on a tab. Look carefully at the video.
how did you pull out the socket of the bulb that easy? on my nissan sentra
2002 GXE its like its wedged in, can I use pliers to loosen it?

Not at present. Thanks for looking!
My tank was on the low side at the time of removal. Pull tank straight up
with “moderate” amount of force. Good Luck!

I have trouble removing the antifreeze tank. Did you remove the liquids
first? If so how?
