CVT Does not shift hence the name CONSTANT VELOCITY TRANSMISSION.
You are giving contradictory/ incorrect bad advice that will DESTROY transmissions costing money and could potentially harm someone.

The obd scanner is a tpms tool in which they are programming a tpms sensor with. And cvt transmissions do not shift gears.
I have a 2014 push button start it's a Nissan maxima the transmission all at once just stop pulling while I was driving no indication or anything just stopped pulling and all gears is nutrual
