This is the procedure for resetting the air bag light for all Nissan’s. The vehicle in the video is a 2005 Nissan Xterra.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Turn key to the ON position. Wait until the airbag light turns off then immediately turn the key to the off position.
2. Wait 5 Seconds
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 two more times
4. Turn key on and wait until the air bag light starts to flash slowly
5. Wait 10 seconds
6. Turn off the car
7. Turns it back on and the air bag light should now longer be flashing.

Worked on my '11 Leaf. The only difference is that, since there is no key to turn, you instead press the ON button twice to bring the car into Accessory2 mode. Thanks for the video! Much better than paying the dealer to reset it every 6-9 months.
Absolute legend for sharing this information.
