New O2 Oxygen Sensor from 1AAuto.com http://1aau.to/ia/1AEOS00289

This video shows you how to install a new upstream O2 oxygen sensor from TRQ on your 2012-2018 Nissan Altima. The Oxygen (O2) sensors help monitor the emissions system in your vehicle. They measure the amount of oxygen passing through the exhaust, which informs the computer about proper fuel/air mixture, and the condition of the catalytic converter. Over time, the sensors may fail due to contamination, or reaching the end of their service life. TRQ offers new O2 sensors made to manufacturer’s specifications.

This repair was done on a 2016 Nissan Altima Base 2.5L Sedan 4-Door FWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2012 Nissan Altima
2013 Nissan Altima
2014 Nissan Altima
2015 Nissan Altima
2016 Nissan Altima
2017 Nissan Altima
