I have a 2003 Mazda Protege.
The lower brake light turns ON but when I press the brake pedal it turns OFF.
I already checked/bought all fuses, bulbs, battery.
So weird that when driving the low brake light is ON but when I press the pedal it turns OFF.
also checked the brake switch
