moonbee03 says:

So I just got charged by Nissan $140 to run this test on my a/c. I said I’d like them to run a full diagnostic run. The guy said that, they don’t do that because it would take too long. I said you connect the diagnostic computer and that’s it. His answer “ connecting that takes long and is not easy”. He would have to charge me for every diagnostic run for every specific issue $140. Talk about a rip off!!

Rosharia Marsh says:

They wanna charge me $100 to do this on my car? Some bs

apokobondoni says:

Would be much better if they allowed home mechanics to access the computer using a generic obd II reader

Hi, I'm aware that Consult-II is no longer updated or supported, but I am curious of the model year range that it covered.

Orkhan Safarli says:

Hello Nissan, I would have a question about software of Nissan company, if it is existed. It is just interesting for me if the Nissan company has a PC program for interior and exterior equipments such as the Mercedes company, their names are Wis/Asra and Starfinder. So, such kind of PC programmes help us to work on cars. I would want to determine that, if you would have such kind of features or how. And if you have, can you share their names please?

Nissan is trash horribly manufactured

Lois says:

My scan tools couldnt read it . Went to several garages with £1,000 plus snap on computers. None of them could read my X trail in order to turn of the engine light. Had to go to a Nissan dealer who sneered "yeah only nissan dealers can read this". COST ? £50.00 Never buy a nissan.

MrTimeless101 says:

What is a Nissan Kicks, never heard of it.

Tino Miller says:

Again where and why can't g
You buy the tech you need for your Nissan car ?? It just results in someone going to use a generic D. C

GenXer™ says:

Maybe you should teach your techs to stop going by error codes only, and actually inspect the cars! My CVT transmission is going out at only 19k miles (no surprise there-just Google search 'Nissan CVT problems and lawsuits'), extremely dangerous to drive, and they only checked for codes! Sent me home with kids in car and told me to come back next week. Horrible!!

4x4Scout says:

Excellent video. Now all you need to do is make a video for your service techs explaining how to put wheels on and the importance of torquing the lug nuts to proper specs. Not to mention wheels should be part of any 120 point inspection.
