I need my Juke Done. And possibly improved in some kind of way. I don't need that much sealer though, that stuff is going to be all mixed in with the CVT fluid clogging Passage ways.. I was told to be careful with that stuff, too center it using a small amount and slightly more by bolt holes and sometime less is more. You can see how much came out the sides, so just figure ho much went inside.. Dude it was a great vid, the dude is bad ass. Just constructive critic..

Vinnel Miller says:

Clearly a lot of the people that are commenting are not mechanics. You did amazing job replacing key components in the transmission. I’m curious of what is the name is special tool you used?

The rebuild is easy but, the parts and labor cost are expensive.

Steven V says:

Wonder if the Toyota/Aisin K114 can be rebuilt. Many 2018 C-HR CVTs have been having bad variator bearings.

My trans is at 186000 mi. Just failed.

Junior izq says:

How muvh will a rebuild like that vost

Shane Valverde says:

Hold on a minute. I see you took apart and reassembled everything EXCEPT the main drive unit. You replaced that whole assembly with a new one already preassembled. So technically, it's not really a rebuild…it's basically a replacement.

James Montgomery says:

I have a 2017 Nissan Altima SV and I need the transmission rebuild. How can I get that done? Any help is appreciated!

Where can you get replacement parts for these? Especially the AWD version from Nissan Rogue.

Dennis Isaacs says:

What special tools are required for a rebuild?

Rusty Shackleford says:

A while back, my cvt was replaced on my 2013 sentra. I'm wondering if Nissan actually replaced it or just rebuilt my original. Although this video is time lapsed, even if it took 2 hours, I suspect they didn't install a brand new one.

bigsid1984 says:

Necron Master says:

iTs Rob says:

This can’t be a real Nissan tech is it? WOW.

jeff caporizzo says:

Question for the community here. after dealing with the infuriating "limp mode" on my Juke CVT transmission several times the thing finally broke for good at 123K miles. Rants against the ghastly lapse in quality from Nissan with these damn CVTs and "limp mode" abound on other sites so thats not my objective here. My question is – dealership replaced my transmission with a remanufactured one from Baltimore, should I expect that "limp mode" will have been fixed and that this CVT is more reliable? My old transmission was from a 2013 juke, I'm thinking the remanufactured one must be newer right?

J S says:

I thought it would be more complicated lol… one bolt or one part out of place and its back to the desk or catastrophic failure my hats off to the pros

L says:

Great video where you located? I would like to get mine done.

bob king says:

Toyota literally are the only people to make a decent cvt…
