I’m in the process of doing this, but I’ve stripped those screws holding the wheel bearing lock nut in. How deep are they? Would I be able to drill them out? Any other suggestions? Thanks for the awesome how-to video.
If I was able to work on these older ones I would. I just don’t see them much any more working at the dealer. This was a rare thing working on a 98 at the dealer. That is why I made this video.
and the owner come back cuz wheele shaking…. he dint cleane the rusty shit behind the hub Bravo!!!
You can drill them out, but you will need to find another screw to use to secure the locking plate.

Thanks! I just saved myself $200 by doing it myself!
Your welcome! 🙂

follow these steps one at a time and it was PERFECT right on!! I replaced my front brakes and rotors on my 97 pathfinder!! Thank you!
i was trying to change out my studs but i couldn’t get the hub and rotor to separate. is there another way besides banging the crap out of it?

Thank you for this video!
Can you make a video for a late model Pathfinder such as 88-95 with 4 wheel drive, for removal and replacement of the front rotors?
Thank you.
yes it’s pretty much the same. Just the 4 wheel drive exterior hub is different. That is held in by hex bolts. Then that whole hub comes off.
is this the same on a 92 pathfinder?
