The Blinking light means change capacitors. If it doesnt fix it then it
needs the whole DM assembly.
I have this exact TV with the same problems, I have an electronic copy of
the Service manual. What’s your email?
Is there any way you could get a good detailed pic of what a bad solder
joint looks like along with what a good one should look like? Hard to see
in the video. I have no clue how to identify.
