Hi Kong what are the symptoms if i need to replace lower arm left and right assembly…What about the rubber bushings itself is that only need to replace??
You explained this better than any other Youtube mechanic. This video explains all a shade tree mechanic needs to replace the lower control arm in a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer . Thank you very much. You saved me a ton of unnecessary work. Mike in Virginia Beach.
FYI, I was able to torque the front bolts of my control arms with the car on the ground using a 1/2" drive, EP Auto 25-250 ft. lb. torque wrench, a ten inch extension, and a 19mm, low profile nano socket by Astro Pneumatic Tool. The wrench is about $40 on Amazon, and so is the socket set.
Did you have any trouble aligning the bolt near the oil pan? I can't seem to get mine into the last hole. Is there a trick to it?
Hello Does this Also Apply for my Mitsubishi Lancer ES 1.6L 2002.? My Rear Inner Tire is Getting Bold. Kindly Need Advice From Anyone, Much Appreciated…
