Hey tecnico, there is no need for a trap on this drainline, it’s just a way
for the water to leave the building. FYI though if you see a mini split
with a trap on it fix it because they will not drain with one on them.
Thanks Tom, they wanted to put it under the stairs but I told then it would
be to hard to work on. It’s in a great spot, easy to service and out of the
way.
Good place to put it, considering down low it probably would have gotten
beat to death, and you would be hitting your head every time it needs
maintained. Good job, Ralph!
Great videos, I’m new to the trade I have about 9 months of experience n
two years of trade school, I’m having some problems with diagnosing bad
txvs. Hoping you could give me some advise. Thanks keep up with the grate
work.
Hey copthallcooling, the door will never get used because they don’t even
know where the key is. They use the big roll up door next to it if they
need to get out. Thanks for the comment.
Hey Buck, we thought about putting it up on the roof. But in the end the
wall was a better choice. The only way on the roof is through a hatch up a
building mounted ladder that is straight up. So since I’m going to be the
one working on the unit if ever needed I wanted it to be as easy as
possible to get to.
Nice install fella, v.tidy… just a quick tip, if the system is ever used
in heating mode the condenser is gonna is gonna produce water… might
wanna tray under it, specially if its a fire exit….. zero call backs,
keep up the good work
Thanks PJ!!!! It’s starting to slow up a bit here, Looks like we are going
straight from summer to winter though.
Hey Martin, I love Mitsubishi!!!!! I getting ready to do another 2 zone in
