A simple guide on how to repair loose air conditioner louvres on Mitsubishi Lancer / Proton Inspira.
Dismantle the vent panel assembly and add a strip of foam to the left side and heat-shrink tubing on the right. Basically to add resistance on both sides so that the ‘hinges’ of the louvres become tighter.
