You have 2 upstream o2 sensors on this car one in the front and one in the back. This is the video for replacing the front upstream o2 sensor.

I think its bank 1 sensor 2 they will be should be definitely bank 1
is this bank 1 sensor 1 or bank 2 sensor 1?
Idiot? Your the idiot for going out and buying a tool when another tool will do.It wasnt that tight so an adjustable wrench will do.
please don’t be like this idiot and use and adjustable wrench… they make sockets designed for O2 sensors…
Inevitable busted knuckles at 1:49
Can’t be helped. good work broski!
thanks alot man
Black one look at 2:20
When it says to unhook the sensor at 0:57, is it the black one or the white one?
o2 sensors go bad cause of the dirty air that travels through the whole intake and exhaust,i also had to replace my egr valve and clean my throttle body and iac valve. i have a video of the cleaning the iac valve and throttle body.try that and if it still says your o2 sensors are bad then check out your egg valve. my light is still on also. it could be a number of thing not just your o2 sensors so if there new i wouldn’t change them.
i love u lol
this is Bank 2 Sensor 1 if anyone wanted to know.
Thanks
the part at 1:45 is the header
the front o2 sensor is in the header and the front rear o2 sensor is in the cartalytic converter and the downstream o2 sensors are in the exaust
yes its the catalytic converter
Does anyone know the name of the part where the oxygen sensor is plugged into? The part thats in 1:45 ?..

not 100% sure i do know this on an 01-05 maybe later you will have (2) upstream and (2) downstream if the code is coming up bank 1 sensor 1 i would go ahaead and change out both upstream and later change the downstream make sure you buy the right o2 sensor theres one for (front upstream) and (rear upstream)
is this bank 1 sensor 1? if not, is that the other one under the car?
It is not necessary to remove the radiator hose and heat shield. It makes it easier to do this job but not 100% required.
I got a p0421 code, is the front sensor you show on the video bank 1? If not, do you know where it is? May be make a video? 😀 Thnx!
thanks
