Something was wrong with the horn that’s why you replaced it.

Actually I was trying to adjust the little hood bumpers on the front end of
the car when I noticed how easy it was to remove the plastic panel.. then I
saw the horn module and had to make this video. Nothing’s wrong with my
horn as of yet…

I have 03 PVC and my horn never worked since bought the car. the fuse is
good but still wont work. somebody told me that the police did something
with the horn.
