Too bad these don't come in the size of a 100 lb Labrador Retriever! My dog, Pepper, once decided to DIG halfway through the wall of our rental when someone decided to let themselves into the patio. (We figured it was probably some local kids) She must've managed to unlock the sliding glass door at some point, because it was open just wide enough for her to squeeze through. When we got home, Pepper was chilling on the porch, drywall all up clumped under her claws and dusting her black coat, and pleased as pie. Thankfully my mom is also handy lady, so my sister and I learned A LOT about home repair that day. She was the most trouble out of all of our dogs, but we never feared anything when she was around. RIP Pepper
I love your tagline! Since age seven, I've given myself two gifts for my birthday… I drop a bad habit and learn a new skill. Now that I'm fifty, I have all kinds of goals I've met for both of those things! You are absolutely correct that you are WORTH the time it takes. Self improvement requires dedicated brainpower, and doing those two things all my life has shown me that brain power is as much a commodity as anything else. You are spending it… So, what are you spending it on?
I love how energetic she is regardless of the specific content of the vid shes making. I also love her hair. I really Should learn how to do shit around my house but like… depression makes having the energy to actually do that a hellish chore.
I really wish I had you 30 years ago!!!! I love your stuff so much and could've used your tips when I first got out on my own. I'm an avid student and yay, love learning stuff from you
my dad taught me how to make these with broken or extra drywall. Only cut one side and make your patch to size, leave a two or three inch section of just the paper and you have, well, this but custom fit! Also more work, but it is less money if using scraps, its always that kind of trade off.
you make me happy. genuinely, as a young trans masc i’ve really appreciated you sharing your skills- it makes me feel more comfortable in taking small chances, like little repairs.

Could you please teach us how to get a good application of spray texture after you’ve patched. Especially fine texture or “ orange peel?
