Good video. I am late to the party and look forward to seeing a video when you do a top speed test. Something I saw someone else do in a video, was to tie a rope to the motor for just in case the motor figures out a way to come loose and fall off. I wish I could remember whose video it was I like to give credit where credit is due. Waiting for my Tohatsu 25" shaft (Mercury 9.9). They have gone way up in price, mine fully loaded was just over $3,200. It will be here in a couple days.
I bought my mercury 9.9 today as brand new but there was oil leak in the box. Is this normal? Or they sent me a return motor?
I received 9.9hp pull start everything good but it doesn't tilting
Just got the 2021 9.9 kicker from my local dealer. No gas tank and no adjustable crank in handles! WTF! Everybody else on here did. Didn’t even come in a f’n box!

Have you tried your new motor yet? How fast does it go? And how heavy is your motor? Is it 15" shaft or 20"? Btw is the engine quite?
