What's the main reason you want to install the SmartCraft Connect? What info is most valuable to you?

@lakelover490-o8f says:

I take it that this is just the newest version of Vessel View?

@UrNxt76 says:

Great Video, I just would have like to see you wet fire it and show the unit running rpms and other options on it why the moater is running, but great video all the same.

@rubs96 says:

I hate it. I still can’t get mine to connect via Bluetoooth

@garrymasters7816 says:

not a good video- 1) Never even actually shows the connector- jus shows where and then magically connected- seeing the 10 pin purple would be better,
2) BIG DEAL_ bluetooth is an unreliable connection- if you call Mercury they recognize this and have a diagram where they recommend you use all the cord and strap the box portion to the top where there is less interference. Just 'where you like' is not good enough. This improved reception at the helm where i use it but still not great (i.e. disconnects at times)
my boat has a connector at helm, Iif you do its best to buy the helm connect version of this product, if not at least get and use the Merc diagram to locate the box portion better than this vide shows
– to mount this version at helm I am buying a hub/terminator/cable that Merc says will work- all could have been avoided with the helm version but cant return this one and most retailers dont even sell the helm version as many boats dont come w the cable that supports it.
– this product is a poor way to just get hours/rpm/etc digitally, but the other options like Merc Connect are even more expensive.

Do you know if disconnecting the boat battery will affect data?

@Melmannthegiraffe says:

Can you reset the "service required" reminder on the app?

@martindrummer90 says:

Do you have a link for it? I have the same motor you do

@JamesHall-d1h says:

Does it show guardian alarm info

@nathanhutter5690 says:

The app sucks. If you want to view rpm and fuel your good. Those two take up 80% of your screen during active monitoring and then you get to choose one more option for the other 20%. Vessel view was way better.
