The “Little Tiny Thing” is a needle valve which goes along with the float.
This little valve (along with the float) controls the amount of fuel
entering the carb. Be careful not to bend the metal tabs, because there is
a definite float setting for this model engine. Your new carb kits should
have all your needed gaskets
