Hello, I was wondering if you were able to help me out. I need the rigging for my two 2007 verado 275’s. The rigging kits online have no description of what’s included. I have the DTS modules, the binical control and battery cables. Do you know what part numbers I would have to order for the rest of the stuff? I need about 25’ for the 14 pins and the clean power and any other harness from engine to helm. Thank you so much. Any help would be appreciated.

cowboytintin01 says:

T on your hydraulic pump stands for tank. And a really good piece of advice is anytime you use O-ring face fitting put new O-rings in place to make sure you don't get a leak. O-ring face loves to leak if you use old rings. Use OEM not harbor freight rings

Deep sea Deep sea says:

hello its a good job , I have a problem, can you communicate with you on Instagram? i have a mercury verado 300 ch .

Galileo Galilei says:

Great video again! Regarding the steering switch with multiple batteries; if you hook multiple batteries in parallel you’ll have the amps for the steering and then you dont need that switch. Just make sure the batteries are all the same type…and the charging by the alternator is properly set for the charging all the batteries or use a combiner for charging. That will keep the wiring costs down besides the complexity when troubleshooting…thanks again for your videos!!!

shingnosis says:

So if I have a both already rigged I can't "just" change the engine because the serial numbers in the new engine and the control module won't match? Are all those separate rigging kits sold on ebay worthless? I'm confused.

Jerryh31 says:

7:11 always put the battery terminals on from largest to smallest.

Thomas Lindsey says:

I went to the OMC factory school 30 years ago. What happened that the engines have become so complicated. Back then the engine was simple to maintain and MUCH less expensive. Thank you.
