Did this on a 2009 maxum, in 2011. 2 years after buying it brand new.
Starters must just hate water, I`m forevor hearing about them fucking up on
boats. I had the same deal getting it off as you did, I had the 4.3L merc.
Was worth taking a picture of the wires. I took so long fucking around with
the bolts I would have for shur forgotten where the wires went.
BOAT- Break Out Another Thousand
i don’t need to replace the starter but i can surely do a video on that if
you wish, i did actually cover it in the series of replacing the motor but
not a video on it’s own. i will add that to my list, i finally got around
to getting some LED foglamps i will be doing a video on that as well. many
people have requested for that video as well
i’m not going to deny that, they are a expensive toy
I am sure you probably aren’t needing to, but a DIY video on replacing the
starter on the Jeep would be sweet. I’m sure it’s pretty straight forward,
but seeing the job performed always helps a lot more. Enjoy your video’s!!
Boat And Bottomless pit to dump money into synonymous
Haha….bleep bleep bleep….Fuck off phone….haha man Idk why but that
just cracked me up. Your vids are the shit man
please- try being smarter than hardware- bolts that forbid sockets or
wrenches should be replaced with bolts having internal drives. …ie allen
head or torx head bolt of the same shank and thread dimension. minimum
grade 8 of course. i have also welded a socket on bolts that i know are
impossible to access so that when it becomes necessary, i only need use my
extension as a drive. this would only be done on toys we plan to keep for a
period of time.
