@boblizcou THANKS

drtwofake1 says:

Nice video. I would recommend that you set the lighting so that the
exposure is for the inside of the car as it is difficult to see the clips
as it was so dark.

Factory Car Stereo Repair says:

If there are two holes on each side of the stereo face, the removal should
be the same.

MSHSmiller256 says:

Thanks!!

xeon980 says:

Thanks for the video! I didn’t know that when you pulled the radio out, you
had to pull the removal tool towards the outside of the radio. This video
is really helpful, Thanks!

El Loco Enamorado says:

Does it work on A Ford F 150 truck 2004?

ebrown87 says:

Very well demonstrated/explained. Kudos.

ThePRGM says:

What if the springs are broken? I purchased the tool, removed the stereo
once, put it back, tried to remove the stereo again, and now it won’t come
out. Any tips?

Factory Car Stereo Repair says:

Some wire harness information is available on the website. If you are
installing an aftermarket stereo, this information is not needed if you
purchase the correct wire harness. This will also save you the headache of
attempting to find the wire code then cutting wires to hope you have it
right. If your looking for power? Try a meter or test light.

Factory Car Stereo Repair says:

A think metal coart hanger, for nails, but the correct tool works best.

Patrick Doucette says:

Factory Car Stereo Repair says:

Most auto part stores sell them.

JeffSturm1 says:

what the tool on the right side wont slide in or click or any thing? i push
and push and it just wont lock it to place and can pull it right out with
out any thing stopping it from exiting?

hmeistr says:

The coat hanger trick can be a pain. I have tried ti. If you insert too far
it will not work. Well, at least my attempts (many) did not get to Mr.
Happy. So, to keep your sanity and buy the tool. It will make your life
better…

Factory Car Stereo Repair says:

The lock springs on the side of the stereo are missing or bent out of shape
from previous removals?

jonjeanie says:

We used the removal tool and our radio would NOT budge!! We were really
frustrated and nothing seemed to be working. I finally figured out that we
were pushing the tool in too far! If you are having this problem, only
insert the removal tool until it makes a first little click, then pull the
tools out to the sides BEFORE you try to pull in out. Ours came right out
and I couldn’t believe how easy it was!!! So, if you are having the same
difficulty, take a deep breath, and try again!!! 🙂

dodge69874 says:

True there were no screws. I just was separating the tools enough when I
was trying to pull it out. But I got it now. Thanks.

Valley Ford says:
