I purchased mine from a dealer on fleabay. Just look for part# B66920115. AKA Mercedes Benz C Class W203 Cup Holder. There are a few on there now. Or do a google search.

Where did you buy the part from?
No, the spring loaded arm that keeps tension on the cup actually broke. Then, the spring that flips the cup holder over slipped out of alignment keeping it from extending all of the way. It was just easier to replace the whole unit.

Couldn’t you just take out the old Cup holder & basically clean it ? or w-d 40 it ? My car has this issue where the cup holder never opens when you click the button . Seems like fruit punch or something got between the crevices lol
