what year/model is your car? I have a 07 c280 and the mb forum says the
siren is on the drivers side. your video shows otherwise.

I wouldn’t recommend using chanel locks if you have the right wrench, Hate
to round off those nuts.
Sometimes, my CLK has the flashing light problem when locked. Would
disconnecting the siren fix the problem? Or do I really need to replace the
siren?
I know that it’s a remix of Milk Inc – Storm, but what is the exact name of
the remix? Can’t find it.

MIke my C 230 alram is not working do think By putting a new alarm horn the
alarm will work.
Cheaper fix is to replace batteries in siren. Cut open with hack saw and
solder batteries in glue back together wrap seam with electric tape for
water proofing . Fixed , great video , thanks
