Nate shows you the replacement procedure for an expansion tank on your W209. In this video, he performs the replacement using Rein and Pentosin OE components from CRP Automotive.

Sloppy job. the reservoir is supposed to attach the aux coolant pump with a large rubber ring around the pump. in the video you can see the pump being in place correctly at the beginning of the video, then being lose at the end, as the rubber ring is not in the correct position anymore

What about siphoning out the coolant from the tank? I got a tube that is long enough to get inside the lower hose where it connects to the tank

My coolant in my 2004 CLK 320 is leaking out after I put the coolant in my car. I can see it in the bottom of my car panel. It's smoking when it stops. Help me please.

Great job Nate. Very informative and you are very fast as well. It will probably take me a half hour to change mine and do a flush. Do you have a video for the procedure on a 2000 C230 W202? Thank you.
