Did you have any problems with the spring perches on your car? I read where
these were problems on the 96-99 E300 models, they had problems with them
rusting out and the front end collapsing. I have read a number of stories
on this and wanted to ask.
What kind of fuel mileage are you getting with your car between city and
highway driving? I understand these cars get good mileage with the diesel.
Did you remember to check the water in the battery? That could be the
reason for the low voltage and plus it is a new battery and will take some
time to charge up. I am looking at getting me a 1996 E300 Diesel myself, I
did not know the battery and fuses were inside the car, thanks for the
video, I learned this from it.
