No not really these OEM wiper blade are usually $37.00 – $40.00 a pair and
thats not really a bad price. Mercedes-Benz got away from selling refills
due to customer would usually install them improperly and scratch there
windsheild. So they went to a full replacement only. kind regards
Hello! I appreciate your concern about scratching the surface or finish but
I can assure you that is highly unlikely going to happen. These particular
model blade are made rubber and plastic. you have a better chance getting a
scratch from road debris. I’ve installed hundreds of these wipers with no
problems but thanks for watching and the warning. Kind Regards
Without a close-up of the connectors, it’s pretty difficult to figure out
just what you’re doing here. Especially difficult when your hands are
blocking any view of the clip. D’oh! It’s okay, tho. Mine is a 1988 300E
with a single wiper. I’ll just look around for the proper vid.
Why did you put the old wiper on the hood of the vehicle? As a customer, I
wouldn’t be happy about that as we can all agree that that could
accidentally scratch the paint. Could, not will, but could. That’s just
common sense no?
Old blade right on the hood, ouch! Why???!
Hello! you shut your ignition key off while your wipers are operating.
