For everyone who wants to buy a light up start make sure you read the fitment details on the site you buy it from because different models have different size stars. For instance the one I bought for my 09 c350 will only fit c class,b class,and glk.
does it matter which of the 20a headlights i tap into? good idea on a "tap a fuse " product very affordable and practical.
(interestingly, the paper sheet that tells you what is on which fuse does not accurately represent where the headlights are)
Bought a similar kit for my 2011 E350. Had to snap the tabs off and use glue to install the illuminated star. Chinese garbage off of eBay.
