Hello Brian, I got the radiator, thermostat and upper radiator hose replaced yesterday by an independent shop. The oil filter housing gasket was replaced as well. I decided to do the transmission's oil change, filter and pan gasket replacement. The most expensive however, though still cheaper than the dealership was the Right Front Axle replacement. It didn't need immediate replacement but I thought it wise to avoid a future embarrassment in probably the wrong place at the wrong moment. Thanks for your advice.

This is a big enlightening video. Thank you very much for sharing. I have a 2006 E350 4MATIC. Found out there's a leak at the transmission cooler connection(top part I saw you plug in). I went to my regular MB dealership to get that fixed and I was told I had to replace the radiator, the thermostat and upper radiator hose. The problem is, they're charging me almost 4 times the price of a new radiator. I think they're ripping me off. Can you help with some advice? I don't think a thermostat would cost $500.

Great video… Thank you for sharing the knowledge… I have been waiting for video like this for for the past 8 months to replace my 2003 E320 radiator with a small leak. The closest thing to this was a picture tutorial from Pelican parts but does not compare. It just so happens I was planning to replace this weekend and decided to check again to see if any new videos had posted. Thank you again.
