This video is about to fix front air spring on Mercedes ML350 (2005-2015) W164. Also the same suspension have Mercedes GL450 (2007-2015). This job on both sides will take you about 3-6 hours depending on experience.

Hi Mike, thank you for posting this. We have a GL450, 2011, and the front right has lowered similar to the vehicle you worked on. Except ours can still raise when the car is on..and usually takes hours or even half a day to eventually drop. I know this is wreaking havoc on the compressor I'm sure. We had the vehicle diagnosed and they said it was a leaking airbag. The recommendation for the part was "replace leaking front strut airbag" which I actually thought meant the entire strut (which has the airbag), but found out you can buy the air spring alone…which led me to your video. So I suspect that is what they were referring to. They wanted $700 for the part, just the part. I was also told the vehicle would have to be scanned to set levels or something. Is this accurate?
