This Benz is stuck in LIMP mode and won’t go faster than 30 mph! This is actually a common issue and an easy repair for these cars. In today’s video I’ll be replacing the transmission conductor plate on this 2000 Mercedes C230k with the 4-speed automatic 722.6 transmission. These transmissions can actually be very reliable and cheap to maintain. Even this repair really didn’t cost too much.
This repair is the same for all C-Class, E-Class, M-Class, S-Class, SL-Class, & Sprinter from ’97 to ’14.

Does the valve body or a conductor plate has to be programmed? I replaced mine and the car is in the limp mode now

Hello. Do I need a star diagnostic tool to reset the code after replacing the new conductor plate?
Can you give a hint on what should be the problem? If I experience harsh shifts in low gears, it feels like a big kick when the transmission shifts down when the car is slowing down.
no error appears, but the gearbox sometimes goes into limp mode
and I have to turn off the car and start it again, what could be the reason for this problem

Hello , i have an issues with my nag1 im stuck in first gear due to limp mode. The code is p0748 i change the solénoïde and the plate same issues ….. It can be something else ?
Could this be the reason my 2005 e500 722.6 is stuck in first gear?? It sat up for 4 years .. (I was locked up!!) when I started driving it , it won’t shift out of first gear … only has 101K miles on it
