I’m going to start with a layer of Eastwood’s rubberized rust encapsulator,
and then, if I can find it, go over that with Transtar 4313 tex coat chip
guard.

Undecided as to whether or not I’ll actually use those. I’m not sure I like
the idea of drilling the wheel lip and creating potential for yet more rust.
