@PillowPkah YouTube comments section is for comments. Not question & answer
sessions. If you want an answer please register at Mazda626.net. That site
has so many great people they can answer just about any question you have.

Billy Bulge says:

Wow. What a douche you are. Just answer the guy’s god damned question!

FirstPlaceDelgado says:

awesome video

Bryan Miller says:

its a 3/4in and instead of using a wrench and taking off the air intake i
used a 3/4in socket that is long with a 10in extension on the ratchet so
their really is no need to take off the air intake if you use the rite tools

Braedon H says:

another question 🙂 on the factory air intake on the top black cover there
is a wire in there where do i put that wire if i want to put a short ram
intake on it i managed to unplug it and the other part was left into the
top cover i also managed to unscrew it and plug it back in but its just
hanging there pluged in

Billy Bulge says:

Fine. You win.

And if ur fans aren’t working properly u missed that

PillowPkah says:

I have a 94, 626. My temp gauge is so messed up. When i mess around with
the wire harness, it begins to work? just electrical problems? or..

DJDevon3 says:

The O2 sensor socket is a universal type. No idea what the actual size
is… Perhaps 1″ but that’s just a guess. Put a wrench on it yourself to
see what size it is.

DJDevon3 says:

Correct and one of the reasons why I want to go back and reshoot the entire
video. 🙁

ralphyetmore says:

I appreciate the amount of detail in your video. While I have 2002 MPV, you
gave me enough info that I should be able to locate and replace the sensor
without too much trouble. Thanks!

rwdplz1 says:

The coolant temperature sensor for the gauge is the little one a couple
inches farther back than the ECM coolant temp sensor, you’re actually
pointing to it at 8:50, the small sensor with the single wire. You did
point this out at 10:38, but some this might not be clear to some people.
Really easy to replace with a deep well socket, even with the stock air
box.

DJDevon3 says:

@astrobot7 You’re killing me here. Register on Mazda626.net and ask all the
questions you want there. We’re really limited on character count through
comments here. Go to 4:55 on the intake video and you’ll see where the IAT
(intake air temp) sensor is plugged in. That spectre part is included in
the list I gave you for the short ram.

DJDevon3 says:

That’s because his vague question could have many different answers that it
requires investigation which takes time. Not being a douche, just trying to
get him to a place that can more efficiently tackle his issue since YouTube
Comments are limited to 500 characters where as forums are not. Instead of
name calling next time try to post something a little more constructive.

DJDevon3 says:

@DJDevon3 That’s 4:55 on the intake video not the video above by the way.

kansasjamiemcmurray says:

Thanks bro I will remember this when I gotta change mine very informative.

Bryan Miller says:

What size socket do you need to take it off?
