Thank you. I changed the sensor and tested it by disconnecting it with the car running and it shuts off, like it should. Only issue is the check engine light is still on.

you said you need a phillips head screwdriver. that is WRONG, there are NO phillips head screws. they are ALL Japanese Industrial Standard tool, (JIS)
