I used this video to show my wife how rediculous Mazda of Roswell is for
wanting to charge her an arm for changing this out. I can rebuild my own
transmission, pretty sure we can handle this filter even though Mazda of
Roswell wants to scare its female customers into thinking it can only be
accomplished by certified crooks at the dealership. DO NOT use Mazda of
Roswell.

Jason Martin says:

Thank you for your helpful video

filterheads says:

Yes, the filter and procedure are the same.

Yes. The AQ1138 filter fits the 2012 CX-7 and is installed in the same way.

Thanks for the video! Currently my ’11 CX-7’s a/c isn’t working quite as
sufficient as i’d like so I am hoping by replacing this, it will fix the
problem. It beats having a dealer do it and have them charge you a
ridiculous amount.

Grace Park says:

will 2011 cx9 the same way?

Al Carmichael says:

This is very helpful. My Mazda wants to charge me a lot to replaced the
cabin filter. I have just 20,500 miles on my 2011 CX7. Thanks to your
video, I will try to replace it myself.
