Zore Zmith says:

you might need to buy a new tensioner and line up with timing marks. buy a
hanyes manual.

mickeymys691 says:

on the right cylinder head i can turn three times around and its suppose to
line up on the marks but it lands at 11 clock but now i turn the leftside
and it lands right on the mark and destributer i can point to # 1 and runs
rough and missfires and i got the #1 cylinder up tdc please let me know
what to do about right cam and the destributer and send me some good pic.
of where the destibuter and cam is suppose to be thank u very much

Mike Dixon says:

you have to take the hydro tensioner out under the lower pulley, compress
it with a vise or c clamp until the holes in it meet, stick a pin to hold it
down, put it back, line the marks and pull the pin.I dont know how you
managed to break the pulley bolt in there because its not suppose to thread
into the hole it just slides in.

Travis Sanders says:

your tensioner is defective. you have to grind some off of the brass
bushings so that the bolt that holds it ddown does not squeeze the
tensioner its self. After tightening this bolt the tensioner must pivot
freely. email me your phone number and I will call you. my email is
