5goldenhammer says:

You burned out the clutch in just one day? Sounds to me like you use the
clutch to start the bike from a dead stop. I NEVER use the engine power to
start moving, first pedal the bike to get it moving THEN let the clutch
out. Also, I bet the adjustment wasn’t right in the first place.

vcdrob says:

your video skills suck. be more clear and get a tripod next time,
numb-nuts.

Kade Miller says:

Alright, so I’ve been having problems with my clutch, the situation is that
I had the chain on too tight, and it rubbed against the clutch cover and
ate away at a large portion of metal while I was riding, I cleaned the
metal shavings out however now the clutch will not engage what so ever. I
feel like there has been quite a bit of damage done but I want other
opinions/possible diagnosis before I start completely tearing the clutch
apart.

kevin sorrell says:

y does everybody does this.? dis stupid. when i got mine for the first
time, i put it together and rode it and it worked fine. but if u try 2 ride
it like a real dirt bike it will fuck up and u will b doing this all the
time.

Michael D'Amico says:

I am having a problem with my bike. if i take spark plug out, and roll
bike, the wheel won’t move to check for spark. like the clutch wont turn.
why is this?

weston wands says:

If the pads are flat use a flat head screwdriver and make some groves in to
the pads and there install it all and it well work

Jason Teasdale says:

What are you doing hanging out with the PEDO Dave?? did he touch you??

TwinsTec101 says:

spinataler says:

hi i have a 80cc kit and i was holding down the cluch walking my bike and
all of a sudden i hear this loud noice and then the drive spocket wont
move! this was only my third time riding im useing a 16:1 ration and
everything was working out great except for now think you can help?

bikr1975 says:

well, the 80cc is really 66cc and if you dont have to bring your finished
bike with you to get it registered or however you get it on the road
legally, just say its 48cc cause they dont really care. just as long as you
say it goes 20 – 25mph, you should be good. 🙂 the 66cc kit will give you a
little more power for the hills.

dill0404 says:

my bike rode for a lil bit. but i opened it up and there was no spring

Dave Dolby says:

ran outta room, but love it!! Best motorised bike video ever, ur a legend
20 thumbs fingers and toes up

JOSHREPTIKID says:

@TwinsTec101 ok, i heard that his youtube account was destroyed coz of i
recon stupid reasons. he is very smart too

sloppi1234 says:

You live in a country where english is the maiden language ,yet you are
unable to speak fluently??

bikr1975 says:

actually, no they are not. my friend has the 49cc kit and i thought i was
buying the same when we decided to upgrade the cylinder bore and head for
dual spark plug setup, the old bore was smaller than the new one. the
original piston was far from the correct size. it in fact, is the 66cc
engine. it makes more power than the 49 so i dont need to upgrade for more
power, so it all worked out. 😉 the people selling the engines dont know
what theyre talking about or are trying to rip you off!!

ironlungdtoker says:

hahah daves farm 🙂 i notice the best video of this stuff r all fans ,,

TwinsTec101 says:

@spinataler sorry for the time! open the side were your coil is and check
if it’s not broken…. This is what my bike did

sebastian bustamante says:

BayouBluesMan says:

simple to work onto

m0ng0masher1 says:

Ok i need help. When I try to start my bike and let out the clutch its as
if the clutch is still engage and the motor wont catch to start is this the
problem u had and will this fix my problem?

Octavio Gonzalez says:

@alexsuchapimp more like retared

Alex's Bikes and Motors says:

what the hell accent is this? French Canadian?

sspoke says:

You could of made your work easier by pushing in the clutch disc then the
flowernut can be turned by hand easily.. no need to use any hammers or what
you did.. you suffered for no reason because you didn’t hold the the spring
inside it pushed in.

TwinsTec101 says:

they are not 80 cc there just called 80 cc bike engine kit there all the
same

TwinsTec101 says:

@BayouBluesMan My bike was running fine until the coil just unscrewed and
stop the bike from moving

MegaCophater says:

actually, its 66, sticker on the motor when new will show it

TwinsTec101 says:

beware of you dog

scnatureboy69 says:

beware of dave rock

sspoke says:

Yes because using a hammer you risk screwing up the treading which means
the bolt wont hold in the future you’ll screw up the whole engine and have
to buy a new one.

sokolshok says:

80 cc has 8 mm bolts on heads, 50 cc has M6 bolts.

bikr1975 says:

$160 for the 80cc(66cc) kit and they send you the cheaper 49cc cause most
people wont ever know the difference! however, i guess the moron who ripped
himself off, sold me the slant head 66cc kit for a cheap $90. sucks for
him! 😉

Twin's-Tech Mechanic says:

He was 8 at that time

Bms Fatir says:

what is this guy saying? I’m going to nickname him marbles

Sean Flynn says:

are you a retard or something or are you just foreign .

Dave Dolby says:

its 66cc!!!! damn those chinese with their fancy wording….super awesome
mega best ever bike engine 80cc…..its 66! EVERYBODY!!!! IF YOU HAVE AN
ENGINE LIKE THIS ITS 66CC I PROMISE!!! The only sorta truth in there is
that a 66cc fits into the 80cc CLASS of engine, presumably if you are
racing or something……measure the bore/stroke and work it out….I
guarantee its 66cc 🙂 By the way ur english is awesome…..I can’t speak
like that if I try…like, this can go more of tension on it haha

TwinsTec101 says:
